• Attendees are expected to have read “Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business” by David J Anderson, or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows.
• Attendees are also expected to have read the eBook ‘Essential Kanban Condensed‘ by David J Anderson and Andy Carmichael, which is free and publicly available on the Kanban University website.
• Prior attendance at a Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) 1-day course is recommended but not required.
