The domains covered will be IN, PL, EX, M&C, and CL. As the owner of the project, you will have to lead the project by looking into the processes and the flow of activities right from initiating a project to the closing of a project.
Project-2: Project to understand Time and Cost Management
You are working as a Project Manager with the software development company. The company requires details of a particular project for which you will have to categorize the project into different phases and estimate the duration and budgeted cost of the project. The domains covered will be PL and M&C.
Project-3: Project Selection based on Risk assessment
An automobile company wants to upgrade its cars and one of the requirements is to have special electronic auto parts. As the Project Manager, you would like to analyse the need to outsource the product and offer relevant suggestions to the company. The domains covered will be PL, EX, M&C, and CL.
Project-4: Project Selection based on Risk assessment
